I don't know what has drawn you to stay on this page and read about me,  whether you are looking for flexibility, strength, focus, peace, or trying to find a way to manage the stress of hormonal changes you are going through during your Peri-menopausal years or menopause or discover yourself, you have reached a friendly place where each of my clients owns a special place, and your concerns are addressed without judgment.

Here's how my journey in the wellness world began:

Being born in India, yoga was always around me, but I did not get drawn to it until I was suffering from chronic lower back pain, which was crippling me down. I had great difficulty walking, and sleep was a nightmare as the pain was most excruciating when lying down. I started doing yoga with a stiff back and tight hamstrings, but the results turned out to be astonishing, and this personal practice guided me to a new insight of becoming a wellness teacher and has become a nurturing part of my life.

One thing led to another, and I got trained in Reiki Healing and became a teacher practitioner in this healing modality.

My journey to learn and understand human physiology led me to become a healthcare practitioner, weaving my path through different modalities and training; I became a health coach and an osteopath.

I try to maximize my clients' inner awareness, listen to themselves, and encourage them to explore the highest levels of their ability. My classes are designed to meet my clients' physical and emotional needs to bring stress levels down and encourage peace and positive thinking. 

I happily taught wellness classes and shared my knowledge with my clients, and then in 2012, something majorly changed...

It was the end of the year in 2012, and menopausal symptoms were ruining my life.


I wasn't eating right or thinking straight, my sleep was non-existent, and my digestion was out of whack. 


I felt awful
 

I knew I didn't want to feel like this.
 

Knowing that the menopausal journey would last for a few years, I decided things had to change.
 

I decided to dramatically improve the way I felt because the opposite of that was unimaginable.  
 

Living with overwhelming fear and anxiety was not an option.
Feeling drained ALL.THE.TIME was not an option. 

Sweating buckets was not an option.


The worst part was that I should've known better as a healthcare provider, but these symptoms were running me crazy and not letting me think straight.
So, I paused, did a deep dive into scientific journals/ literature, and discovered a massive component of the mind-body connection element that could benefit women like me.

When I started to figure out how to apply those strategies in real life and started experimenting on ME, things began to shift.
 

This was my turning point.
 

After this, I realized I HAD to help others do the same as best as I could, which led me to create a 12-week program called "Menopause Hormonal Stress Support System." I teach women how to incorporate specific strategies using yoga, meditation, and lifestyle changes to live life without the overwhelm of menopausal stress.
